Heat Treatment

The purpose of stress relief heat treatment is to reduce inner tension within the workpiece that arise from irreguar cooling, which originate from welding for instance. We conduct the process of stress relief for pressure vessels and pipes in a chain glow system or annealing furnace.

Oil- and greasefree treatment

When devices are applied in oxygen systems they are subject to high cleanliness standards. Especially contamination of carbon compunds on the surface pose a danger for plants. The cleanliness of the surface is ensured by an oil- and greasefree treatment which procedure depends on the size of the components.

Full Body Pickling

Full-body Pickling

Pickling serves the removal of all impurities from stainless steel surfaces with the goal to achieve a clean metallic surface so that a protective passive layer can be built.

Pickling and passivation is conducted with the dipping method. Therewith, ideal corrosion resistance even at inaproachable areas is guaranteed.

Our possiblities:
